A report, from UK-based children’s website, surveyed 2,000 British parents. When asked to suggest who should be responsible for ensuring the safety of their children using the internet, 95 percent felt the weight of responsibility on them as parents or hoped older siblings would play an active role.

Schools are now heavily managed online communities with many companies, such as actively supporting schools to keep their students safe whilst still enabling them access to great educational content.

But how can schools extend this support to their student homes? Parents are keen to allow access to the internet for learning purposes but how, when there is so much unwanted distraction.
